Such lovely staff here! Staff was so polite, helpful and quick to serve us specially the girl without glasses. She made us feel so welcome right from the moment we walked in. The food was wonderful too — great quality and reasonably priced. Thank you for such a lovely lunch

genuinely really really disappointing, the shop was not busy at all, the order took 25 minutes to come out. the lady with the headscarf at the front was really rude, only giving 2 mayos and 2 chilli’s from a £32 order. staff looked unbothered and didn’t care, we also asked for extra saucy strips, we saw the strips just sat there on the counter for 10 minutes because the rest of the order was still being cooked. everything apart from the XL burger was stone cold. was really disappointing, the worst pepe’s i’ve been to and will never ever come back and will tell people to avoid this place

Absolutely horrible, the food took 40 minutes to arrive!!! I just ordered a rice box meal and it took that long. The staff are extremely rude especially the girl in a hijab. No straw aswell with my drink and they gave me my drink in a cup that was in the worst possible condition, some even spilled in my car. Overall if you don’t want to lose your time and money dont come here. NOT RECOMMEND!

Ordered via Just Eat. 2-hour wait. Called twice and was lied to both times about the status. I was told the first time the order would be delivered in 10mins. 15 mins later still nothing. Second time I called and on the phone to the shop for 15 mins after that kept saying the Just Eat driver isn’t here you need to contact them on the app. They didn’t know when the food would be delivered. Well you can’t message a courier unless a driver has actually been allocated and booked!! They blamed the driver, but the driver blamed the shop saying they only booked him 15 mins ago!!!
