Don’t be put off by the outside of the building. Inside it’s total different. We called in on a Saturday lunchtime. It wasn’t busy however a few groups of families in. There is a very extensive menu with a specials board. I had a pasta dish which was lovely although felt it could have done with a little more sauce. The garlic bread for starters was exceptional. I’d definitely like to try there other locations

This was my second time coming here for dinner, and unfortunately it will be my last. On my first visit, I ordered the calamari and it arrived severely undercooked. I sent it back expecting a fresh batch, but instead they simply refried the same calamari and served it again, which was very disappointing. As a result, I barely ate my meal and certainly did not enjoy the experience. This weekend, I returned and ordered a steak, specifically requesting it to be very well done, as that is my preference. Great team of people making this restaurant work. The food is tasty and nicely presented albeit the pasta dishes are too generous? ( you have to be v hungry to finish them, sometimes more is not the option? I would prefer a more refined presentation ) We found the service spot on. We arrived and opted to go straight to our table and after settling in we were given attentive service quickly. Drinks followed by our meals and they even accommodated a break from our starters to our mains. We were early birds around 5pm so the restaurant wasn't too busy but a party was going on on the ground floor
