This was a great cafe to grab a hot drink, with the options presented clearly on the electronic boards! Staff were super welcoming and talkative, they listened while I went over my options considered before ordering too. Latte was nice and seating is cosy, not quite as clean as it could be though.

i would give the service a 0 if i could, rude elderly woman served me told me the price and threw the card machine at me and when i enquired about other menu items i was rudely dismissed. she also handled change then proceeded to put toasties in the toaster without washing her hands, i work in the food industry and this is utterly disgusting. the blonde girl making my drinks didn’t make it correctly when i said something she gave me a dirty look. this made me and my colleague upset and dissatisfied with the service we had paid for.

Went in for a coffee and cake only to notice they now allow dogs in. Dog on table near us had it's paws and face all over the table and chairs. Owners didn't seem bothered, surprise, surprise
