We ordered two meals and both burgers were missing. When I asked, they insisted they definitely gave them to me, and I even showed them the tray to prove it. No apologies. This is the second time this has happened with their service. Not satisfied

Food took longer to arrive than board said but this may be partly due to ordering the McPlant (always seems to take longer). Lots of space available within the restaurant and facilities clean. No delays on the drive through (could see the queue from our seats).

Worst McDonald’s in the country. I’ve never not had an issue when visiting here. This time I ordered a Big Mac and 9 piece McNugget meal. I thought this was for the World Cup meal and had no offer of it or anything. At the speaker I was asked what dips I would like for the nuggets and I said ketchup. When getting to the next window where you collect I wasn’t greeted and was passed my drinks and told to go to the next window. Every time you order for delivery they forget something. Today both coffees for both meals were missing. It’s not hard to follow an order and that’s coming from someone that has worked in the food industry.
