HL W★Extremely inconsiderate shop - they have decided to hire someone to clean their suncovers at 7pm during high pedestrian traffic, with the guy they hired blasting all there dirty soap water on passerby's - I was the unlucky one who got half of my body wet from that horrible and dirty soap water while trying to protect my young daughter from that horror. When I told them about this, especially how half of my body got wet from this reckless ordeal, we only get a mere sorry but this continued with no attempts to stop. Marta D★★★★★One of the busiest cafe around Chiswick. Good food, good drinks, friendly staffs, strategic location, and reasonable price. I liked the matcha latte, perfect taste. The quiche was also delicious. Ground floor seating is sometimes crowded. Upstairs seating is more relaxed. Or we can sit at the outdoor seating area. Toilet for customers is available.
Hatsontour★★★★★Beautiful Coffee, highly recommend the brown sugar iced coffee. Pastries are wonderfully crisp and flaky with plenty of fillings. Had a little pistachio cake which was lovely. Service is only ok, with all members of staff we encountered seeming massively disinterested in us and actually like we were an inconvenience to their day. We didn’t eat in the cafe but there was no atmosphere to speak of.
ERKUT k★Rude manager who took our table right next to kitchen when personal items was placed as I we went to order. Returned to table while he was inhaling his food. Politely told him our personal stuff was here and we went to order and collect food. Was told but you weren't sitting here. Was away from table for a few minutes to get the drinks and food. Was aggrogant and rude. I appreciate staff can have a break and their food. But to take a customer table and to be rude. If I hadn't ordered would have walked out. Told him to pass off. Better cafes in Chiswick High Street and more friendly. First time
