Only thing I’d prefer is if the gravy was a bit thicker and had more flavour, it’s quite watery. Other than that can’t fault the roast, and I felt like it was a generous portion of beef too. The desserts were a slight let down compared to the roasts. The sticky toffee pudding had nice flavours but the pudding itself wasn’t sticky enough and just had the consistency of a crumbly cake. The staff were excellent and had dedicated resource ensuring that the party guests were constantly served. It was a great size for ~50 guests and could easily accommodate more (or less) if needed. Food was 10/10 and got rave reviews. The facilities were also on point for any guests with wheelchair requirements. Ramp to get over the small step and also a big accessible toilet.
