I’ve had issues here on my last three visits now. The first time the service was extremely slow even though it didn’t seem busy, but I gave it the benefit of the doubt and came back. The second time I ordered a Grinch meal and the socks were missing. Then most recently I ordered a wrap of the day and two McFlurrys, was handed the McFlurrys and left waiting at the drive-through window for about 10 minutes before I had to get someone’s attention, only to be told it would be a few more minutes as my wrap clearly had been forgotten. This is one of the worst McDonald's I've visited, very slow service, the machine didn't print my receipt, then when the food came my burger clearly stated on the top of the box "no shredded lettuce" opened it up and there were more lettuce than burger! Spicy Chicken nugget sharing box was like they'd been there all week, rock hard, overcooked and the chicken inside had perished to nearly nothing had to take them back as they were inedible! They said they didn't have anymore, so had to replace them with normal chicken nuggets so obviously they were the last of the batch thT had been there for g

Thought I'd try something different.... Chicken salad. Waited til I got home as no mayo only vinaigrette, not bad considering mostly lettuce! Rushed off their feet, so many delivery blokes waiting and lots of folk ordering on screen. I ordered on app from my car...

It's continually the worst McDonald's I've ever been too. Serval times had the wrong items or missing. Spent a while avoiding and decided to try again at the weekend, 40 minute wait!!! 2 burgers and a happy meal. Food all over the kitchen floor tables dirty and scruffy, food all over. No sorry or any communication or eye contact. Worst unorganised mess of a McDonald's ever.
