I visited Costa Coffee - Cleveleys on Saturday 28th February at around 4:00pm, and the experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. Even before going in, the shop looked really scruffy from the outside, which didn’t create a great first impression. Unfortunately, things didn’t improve once inside. We were a group of six and politely asked if we could move one table slightly so we could sit together. The response from staff was abrupt and dismissive. We were told — quite bluntly — that it was “company policy” not to move tables and that we were not allowed to rearrange anything.

On standing at the till for 7 mins, not being spoken to, I was passed over when waiting to be served because apparently I wasn't in the right place! Why not ask.... I asked for 2 decaf soy latte, The male tender didn't rinse the mini coffee cup for the liquid coffee, I'm illegic to caffeine, Didn't see him wipe the steem pipe to heat the coffee, No allergy book was addressed, I'm lactose intolerant.... so if i'm ill.... Fist time I've had this kind of service from a costa.... Not impressed, so it's a place i'll visit again...

Nice coffee and friendly staff. We don’t visit in the winter at all as they don’t allow dogs in. It’s too cold to sit outside. We go to the one in Fleetwood as we can take our very well behaved pooch
