Really disappointing experience with Burger King Coleraine. Every time I’ve tried to visit, it seems to be closed, even during times you’d expect it to be open. It’s frustrating when you can’t rely on the advertised opening hours. Needs much better consistency and communication because at the moment it feels impossible to depend on.

Below average for Burger King quality. The drive through is also not working as it should, you can only order menu items and thus miss on all the deals that Burger King would normally offer. Lastly, I don’t understand why this store does not support the Burger King app, it would improve the experience so much, both in store but also the drive through.

Early Sunday afternoon visit whilst shopping in the area, decided we wanted a, quick bite due to time constraints. For a normal outlet I would say it wasn't busy, however for the layout and team ability of this site they were pushed. Layout means you don't quite know where the queue to order is and who's already ordered. It isn't helped by the yellow wet floor signs placed in a line in front of the tills and seating area. As the floor wasn't wet I'm unsure why they were present as the girl maintaining the cleanliness of the seating area was excellent, she never stopped. I got the strong impre

Had a drive through - about 6 cars in front of me . Food came cold - ordered a Double cheeseburger, whopper meal , 1x portion of sour cream & onion chicken fries ( that weren’t cooked ) covered in white seasoning 🤢.. 1x portion of chilli bites & 2x Diet Coke £30.96 . Not impressed at all ..
