I’m a regular customer at starbucks and every time i visit all staff are so lovely and welcoming. I usually visit on a Tuesday to claim my student discount promotion and the staff are always so helpful and accommodating. Today Keira helped accommodate my order and every time she serves me she’s so lovely and ensures my coffee is correctly made Thank you!!

Woman behind the counter named Amelia who seemed to be some kind of manager, was very rude to me and my mum. The till messed up and overcharged it by accident and when I queried it she spoke to us with complete distain as if we were such an inconvenience to her. She was very snarky and came across as very curt. And even aside from me I heard her speak to other customers too in a very unfriendly manner, which I don’t think is asking for a lot given how much Starbucks charges these days.

Today’s flat whites were genuinely spot on. Perfect balance, great aroma, ideal temperature and beautifully made — you can clearly feel the skill and care behind them. Big credit to "Summer" for making coffee that’s not just tasty, but memorable ☕✨ Definitely coming back.

Turned up on a Sunday early afternoon for something for lunch. Now we all know Starbucks is needlessly expensive which would be fine if it were a delightful experience. But this wasn't the case. I counted 10 tables that were unoccupied but which hadn't been cleared away, so there was nowhere clean to sit. It was way too cold to be comfortable anyway and the music was too loud and obtrusive. In short I couldn't wait to leave. The only reason it isn't a 1 star review was because the two staff I spoke with were friendly and gracious.
