Just ordered sausage chips and large gravy when it arrived no sausage small gravy and chips all cold, tried ringing mail box is full can’t even leave a message, absolutely disgusting. Just received a message from I presume the manager about leaving such a harsh review and offered a discount on my next order and asked to take down the review ……Don’t want the discount and not going to remove my review which was true…

I ordered a kebab wrap. The man behind the till was so lovely. HOWEVER the following 2 days I had food poisoning SO BADLY that I couldn’t keep any water or food down what so ever, for 2 days!! I was vomitting for a solid 48 hours and I had a bad stomach for a week in total. I had to keep eating Greek yoghurt with probiotics to soothe it. There isn’t a chance that the food poisoning could have came from anywhere else as I tend to live off of batched cooked meals that I make myself and freeze and they’re always fresh and healthy. I will never buy anything from this place again as I was so poorly

The younger staff here are pathetic. I came in and literally ordered a cheesy chip wrap. I asked how much it would be for salad, the young lad went to ask and came back saying 80p so I added salad. Whilst waiting, he came back over with the card machine saying he’d undercharged me by 30p!!! I said “so you want 30p on the card reader which will take an additional payment anyways, so the card reader company get a cut as well, and his daft response was “yeah sorry”. Waited 15 minutes for a simple wrap, which I had to chase them for. Wrap was drenched in garlic sauce, to the point where it was ove

ordered the large bag of chips on three occasions and the portion was the size of a small bag totally disgraceful. Even though the last two time I. told them a large bag. as last time got a small but totally arrogant and ignored . used this chippy for over 13 years and the last year it has gone down hill as got young kids working who does not understand portion control and charge the earth for the food. total disgraceful I will make my mouth go next time as I will go into shop and collect order and I will watch them so it is done correctly
