This cinema has sadly gone so downhill, there was nearly 20 of us waiting outside the cinema until 12:35 when the movie starts at 12:45 and it made it hectic, plus this cinema seems to show films for like 5 days then stop even the most popular ones and puts them on at stupid times and barley any times either, it's a nightmare as it's the only cinema I can physically get to and being autistic I can't handle watching movies past 3pm as of the kids and noise, please do something about this as there's no other local cinema and i know for a fact both stoke cinemas dont have this issue, not sure if

Very hot . Met by a guy with .. well.lets say personal hygiene shortcomings .. Can we use blue light discount . Yes but only online so stood to side and spent 20 mins doing that.. then went n had to pay at counter anyway... limited sweet stock because we were told oh yes the manager likes the white buttons so they run out .. 4 quid for a bottle of water ..no wonder folk try smuggle things in .... The film... obsession was dire awful worst film ever how the heck it got passed I don't know 4 folk b4 us walked out . We walked out after about 40 mins... waste of 20 quid...

The staff are fantastic, so friendly and welcoming, and had a bit of a laugh and joke around with us, including joking around with my step daughters as they were getting their pick and mix. This helped to make the evening a bit more fun and enjoyable. Our film was on screen 3, I think it was. It was fine, the screen was large and sound was good. We sat towards the back in the middle, so viewing angles were great. The negative, though, were the seats, which were a little uncomfortable, especially as it got toward the end of the film. Because of this, I've removed a star. Overall, I'd recommen

Watched The Sheep Detectives - great film! The Odeon was clean with comfy seats. Would go there again to watch another film. Parking was easy.
