Myself and my partner have been to this taco bell plenty of times and it has normally been quite nice. Today we went, they’ve stopped doing the naked chicken taco (gutted lol) so I ordered the crunchwrap supreme with chicken, but no tomato among other things. When we got the food, most of it was almost if not already cold. The chicken bites had no flavour, the crunchwrap had tomato but no lettuce, which when asked to rectify, the server rolled his eyes and told me I picked no lettuce. I love taco bell so much,not a day goes by that I dont think of it, since I first had it ive loved it, so please restart pick up orders, its been weeks since its been an option to collect taco bell and I personally much prefer collecting my order to the drive thru or delivery or in store ordering. please just let me collect again!!

Terrible experience with a rude server, got my order mixed up with my sons who is allergic to dairy and then when I asked for it to be rectified she gave me my same order so it was cold, by this point I wasn't hungry as she was rude to me. I asked for a refund. She disappeared off to the back to waste 10 mins of my time and then came back. Would rather drive well out of the way and go to Cheshire oaks than come back to this branch in Crewe. Terrible service. Not apologetic, told me it was my fault but the food came unlabelled so there was no way of knowing. Needs sorting out big time and staff

First time in a taco bell, and have to say I was rather impressed. Fresh tasty taco's - couldn't fault it. Will definitely be back soon, as really prefer this to the usual fast food rubbish!
