I went in with my wife and Grandaughter today and never had my glasses so just went up to the counter and the first laddie walked away from me without a word .The second laddie asked me if he could help ,so I said I can't read the screen so took my order for 2 Happy meals so wee could share between the 3 of us my Grandaughter is 1 yo .We tried to put in a highchair but it was dirty ,the burgers were overdone or reheated and nobody cleaned anything for the time I was in , and even had to push the bucket down to get my rubbish in because it hadn't been emptied. I won't go there again .👎👎👎

We ordered our meal Through the McDonald’s app and waited 2 hours and then it got cancelled because “we dont deliver after midnight” after letting place the order after midnight. I was raging. Now we have to wait 15 whole days for my money back!

Absolutely abysmal, always missing items. You would thought that you didn't have to check your pick up order. This isn't the first time. Checked for missing items and found that a 9 nuggetss wasn't there so we went back in, but by the time we got home a big Mac wasn't in the bag! Going back to fife leisure park maccies
