This is the second time we have eaten here for a Sunday carvery. We travelled up from London for the weekend. Before heading home we went to the Colliers Arms for a cheeky carvery. The staff are lovely and friendly. The food was so tasty. We were served plenty of meat and helped ourselves to as much veg as we wanted. The crackling is amazing! 🤤 We will definitely be visiting next time we are down that way!

Called on a Thursday afternoon for a pub meal. Not too busy so getting a table was no problem. Extensive menu of pub classics plus some more special dishes available. We had a lamb shank and 20oz gammon. Both meals were excellent and were well cooked, well presented and very tasty. All we could do to finish them. Staff very friendly. Decor is quirky but attractive. Clean and well maintained throughout. Good choice of beers, wines and spirits. Will definitely call again.

Managed to get 2 tables for 12 of us on a hot and sunny Saturday afternoon. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Food came out pretty quickly, tasted great and portion sizes were huge! We ordered 2 Japanese Fried Chicken (Karaage), one with chips and one with egg fried rice. The menu had something for everyone with lots of choice. Everyone had a great time, and after dinner we spent about 30 minutes with the kids seeing what we could spot in the fantastic garden over the river!
