I had an excellent experience at KFC, and a big part of that was thanks to Eve. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional from the moment I arrived. She greeted customers with a smile, was patient while taking my order, and made sure everything was correct. It’s clear she genuinely cares about providing great customer service. Thank you eve for creating a welcoming and positive experience at this franchise. I had previously had poor experience at other KFC locations but she was incredibly helpful and understanding when my disabled family member struggled with the self order machine, and gave reccomendations when I inquired about trying new menu items. As if she had magic like harry potter she knew exactly what wed like. I will be returning and hopefully she will be working. Its clear she is dedicated to her role🙏
