Had brunch there on father's day. My poor husband had a nit very nice full English breakfast. My poached eggs were solid even though I asked for particularly runny yokes. Avocado tasted a but fake. Coffee and cakes are good though

Called in for lunch while in Durham as a few things on the menu really appealed, and we weren't disappointed. The food was great, my wife had a Falafel Salad and I had the burger and both were excellent. We followed with a Chocolate Orange brownie and a Peanut Stack which again were excellent. The rest of the cakes looked very tempting as well. Staff were very efficient and friendly and the food was very quick once ordered. We will definitely return!

Love this place! The vibe is cozy, romantic with a touch of country style. Prices were reasonable, whereas the food was surprisingly high in quality and flavourful. The only thing that could be improved is the cleanliness of the tables and the washroom. Definitely will come again!

Great little Café but very busy. Reasonably priced drinks, the white hot chocolate is to die for, it's so good! And the cake is good too. The Oreo stack was so good and Berry muffin was unreal. It was a great place to stop and rest during a busy day
