My order was prepared quickly, everything tasted perfect, and the whole atmosphere felt uplifting. It’s rare to meet a team that brings so much kindness and positive energy into the service. I don’t usually like Costa, but the people working there are very nice and it’s clean so it’s nice to pop into. As someone else mentioned the store could do with better aircon, which I’ve noticed in most costas. Maybe head office will sort that out.

I attempted to use an Costa e card which did not work. I was made to feel like I was trying to con them. I used my debit card to make the purchase but they were not at all helpful. I have not gone back since, nor will I ever go back to use a Costa coffee anywhere as a point of principle.
