As many others have mentioned, their Sunday roasts are of serious calibre. Finer details considered and taken care of - gravy on the side for bespoke pour, chicken served crispy and boneless, veggies cooked beautifully. Everything was perfect, service was attentive and consistent. The pub was busy but tables are spaced out well and it's not too hectic. Will definitely return!

Clockhouse is one of my favourite go to pub that serve the most amazing Sunday roast, even if I say so 🤣🤣!!! We went there today to celebrate a family event and I was so happy with my choice of suggesting the Clock House!! Most of our party went for the Sunday roast, I chose the beef which went down a treat however I did make a point of using a serviette as I have a tendency to make a mess of myself, especially with good food! Came across this pub after walking in Peckham Park. We were hungry and I wanted to treat Noriko to a nice glass of draught Guinness. The Clock House Tavern was the perfect place. We've become addicted to this lovely pub. Great atmosphere, really friendly staff and we love the menu. You don't have to spend hours trying to figure out what to eat. We're slowly making our way through all the meals and I guarantee you will not be disappointed. Everything is delicious. Disappointing after the refurb. Setting is great and there’s heaps of potential here. Can’t fault the serving staff who were friendly and attentive. Beer was flat and food was barely average. Not worth the price and it wasn’t worth finishing. Could do with lighting the candle on the tables too. A simple night out but needed a little more.
