Dropped in on a Sunday at 6.30pm the place was quite busy, luckily we had booked a table, service was faultless, we were seated and the staff had our drinks sorted in 5 minutes, bar has a great vibe to it, not to noisy and full of locals. The food was probably the best I've had this year, I ordered the Sunday roast ( beef or turkey) and was asked how I'd like the beef cooked. When it arrived the beef was cooked to perfection and tender, proper crisp roast potatoes, smashed carrots and the gravy was brilliant. New go to place! A special find, was recommended by a friend. Been here a couple of times & will never not go back, freshly cooked dining which I’d wait all day on, be patient its worth it rather than being served pre-prepared food! We reserved a table for 3 adults and 2 dogs for an evening meal. The waitress was very friendly and attentive and the food was delicious. I had the tempura prawns to start but tried the buffalo cauliflower and that was also very tasty. I then went on to have the goats cheese, apple and walnut salad. I will be back 😄
