We had never been to perch before, however we could tell it was popular just from walking up to it. We went in and asked how seating works, found our table for two and looked at the extensive menu - there is something for everyone. We ordered via QR code which was easy, simple etc. Food and drinks arrived in good time and both were delicious. The coffee was gorgeous and the food was hot, good quality and fresh. What a find! I've not been here before, but by the end of this year I plan to be a regular, every time I'm in Eastbourne. The outside looks a little rough... But once you're in you realise it's all a part of the charm. The place is stunning inside. Staff were extremely welcoming, there's a fully stocked bar and beautiful views over the park pond. Oh wow....what a Roast!! Absolutely Amazing. Great portion sizes and very very tasty. Friendly service upon arrival. Highly recommend the elderflower tea. Only gripe was a loud table behind us whose child had a game boy blasting out. We couldn't hear ourselves talk. Great place though very peaceful to eat normally. Thanks for a lovely roast dinner. DW

One of my favourite places to stop at for coffee or brunch. Beautiful views, overlooking the lake which is home to a number of swans, and boating activities. Service is exceptional,brunch and coffee are always presented well, served quickly and taste amazing. It is always busy, woudl recommend booking your table although we have always been lucky they have managed ro fit us in. Great warm vibrant atmosphere, lovely decor.
