Disgusting customer service. Went in to quickly get a take away coffee. It was five minutes before closing time, but they still had customers seated who hadn’t finished their drinks. Got ignored by the lady behind the counter for a good two minutes and then got told sorry we’re closed now. Didn’t ask what I wanted nothing. Could have easily made a cup of coffee and I would still be out of the shop before other seated customers had finished their drinks. Caffe Nero management should teach their staff what customer service is. You’ve lost one today.

Love this place. We have been coming here for the past two years and the experience has been always great. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, coffees are great and the place itself is very cozy. Location-wise is perfect as it is between the main two streets and just one minute away from Vue cinemas. Our favourite coffee place in Eastleigh

We visited this coffee shop last weekend, it was such a sunny, hot day and so decided to catch up and to have some nice, fresh drinks. We both had a cold caffe latte, one of them with added pistachio syrup and the other with cherry syrup. We have tried each other drinks and they were both delicious, I totally recommend either of them really. I have added a photo as well to my comment
