Diane Smith★Store has been unable to froth milk for at least 4 days. So, a Costa that does not do lattes or cappuccinos!! A bit useless. And no sign to tell you that - let you wait in the queue until they deem to tell you at the till. Hopeless!
Richard Tauber★★★Hit and miss and too many niggles. They have had trouble with the dishwasher (again) so it was cardboard cups again. And the table was dirty, so I asked if I could borrow a cloth to wipe it myself. (I hoped they might say "Oh, I'll do it" but no. I was given a couple of paper napkins (which they keep out of sight to keep running costs down.)
