The staff are always pleasant and are always very busy they could do with more staff in my opinion as 1 Baking 1 doing orders and 1 serving and trying there best to stock up and keep the seating area clean and I'd like to see chicken burgers there but dfo more staff needed thanks to all the staff doing a great job

Whether it’s a sausage roll, pie or pasty a loaf of bread or just a coffee, with tables inside (and out) so you can sit to eat, Greggs bakery always cook a good number of lovely things, and personally, I really can not find a fault with anything at all to be honest!!, an excellent food service I love and use very often when hungry!!.

Very slow service here at greggs ebbwvale the staff dont look happy with no smiles on there faces and there was a que with around 5 people in it and only 1 perosn serving at the till so I left the food on the side cause it took 10 mins to get served in a que not good as its a fast food place.
