I was extremely disappointed with my order. While eating the chicken wings, I discovered what appears to be fur/hair still attached to the chicken. This is completely unacceptable and very unhygienic. Finding fur on food is disgusting and raises serious concerns about the restaurant’s food preparation and quality control standards. I’ve attached photos showing the issue. This experience completely put me off my meal, and I will not be ordering again unless the business addresses its hygiene procedures. We visitied Archie's before the lego discovery centre for a milkshake and we were not dissappointed. Milkshakes were made quickly and reasonably prices, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The shakes were delicious and seemed to last forever. We would visit again next time we're in the area.

We stopped by Archies at Trafford Palazzo towards the end of our Manchester trip, and it was such a lovely surprise! The bright pink décor immediately caught our daughter’s attention — she absolutely loved it. The atmosphere is super fun and family-friendly. The staff were really kind and helpful, and the burgers were tasty and freshly made. Everything looked just like in the photos. If you’re looking for a fun fast-food spot, especially if you have kids, this place is definitely worth a visit. Great vibes and delicious burgers! 🍔💖
