My favourite cocktail bar in Edinburgh. The service is always amazing (especially thank you to the fenale server with the Fringe who is brilliant) and you're never left waiting long for drinks. Love the Yuzu Margharita and the "delicious sour". The non alcoholic cocktail menu could use a little improvement but thats my only quibble! Can't wait to go back.

Fantastic experience all around. The staff at Hey Palu is incredibly friendly and fun to talk with. They listened to and remembered our preferences and were able to serve us delicious drinks with those preferences in mind. Even when I had to send a drink back (they didn't do anything wrong! The flavor profile just unfortunately tasted like cough syrup to my American pallette) they had a laugh about it, didn't charge me, and immediately offered something else that ended up being fantastic.
