It was a great experience in Mc Edinburgh. I was not expecting such a good service after multiple London’s shops. Food was worm and tasty, excellent customer service, we were promptly served after using the kiosk. Just a bit noisy as there was a lot of kids inside, which is not a staff’s fault. Recommend!!!! Nice job, guys 💪💪💪

Well, it's a McDonald's, so it's what you'd expect. A good McDonald's though if you're tipsy, waiting for a ScotRail train, and needing scran. My only real complaint is that I was very warm in the restaurant and opted for takeaway, but they can't control the weather! Best dine in when there isn't a heatwave. Bless the workers for working in the heat!

I am beyond impressed. Ordered at 11:46 and by 11:51 I was sat on the train with a nice hot meal for two. Staff were relaxed and not running around stressed. Perfectly managed by the looks of things. Credit to all of you

After a long, hot day trip to St. Andrews, we just needed a cold drink—and there it was, a familiar American classic: McDonald’s at Waverley Station. The service was quick and friendly, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the fries were a disappointment—soggy and unappetizing, so we ended up tossing them. Also, we really wish Coke Zero refills were a thing in Europe!
