⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful experience at Costa Coffee. The whole team is incredibly welcoming, professional, and most importantly, very friendly. You can really see how hard everyone works always on their toes and making sure everything runs smoothly. I especially want to give a big shoutout to one staff member, Alex. She was absolutely fantastic and wonderful. Honestly, the entire team tries their best every single time. I love how I can walk in, place my order, and by the time I finish my payment, my hot chocolate and coffee are already ready. Amazing service every visit. Highly recommended!

Everything was great, we were very pleased with the service and the coffee. I only have one problem: when you enter, the seats are filthy, you can't sit on them. This really doesn't suit Costq Coffee. I ate my coffee and toast with nausea, I had difficulty eating and it was hard to stay there. It's unacceptable. We're paying for it, and it's very expensive. I'm still willing to sit in that filthy place. Please, I hope the authorities hear and see this and find a solution. It's really disgusting, the seats are filthy, how can you sit on them? Because cleaning it doesn't help. Why would anyone c

There is a lady that works there and I believe her name is alexandra and she is always so friendly, smiley, and welcoming it genuinely makes mine and my mums day haha. She has such good energy, actually listens, and always gets the order right. Even when it’s busy she stays calm and kind and never rushes you. Costa is so lucky to have someone like her, she really makes the whole experience better.
