I came into Botanist in something of a bad mood due to having a challenging day and left very happy. The atmosphere of the restaurant was absolutely wonderful, with live music, with an upbeat vibe. Service was both quick, friendly, and attentive - I especially want to mention my server Lily who ensured our table was brilliantly looked after. Food was tasty and very filling! Really nice and luxurious atmosphere and decor, especially compared to some other Exeter restaurants, I would go again for sure, great for special occasions and good food. Slightly pricey especially for the portions size, small portions however the quality of the food makes up for this. The outside terrace is lovely and a special feature
