I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Grosvenor Casino Coventry. As regular customers, we expect a basic level of respect, but instead we were made to feel completely unwelcome. The valet waitress named Joyce was unbelievably rude. Her attitude absolutely stank from the moment she approached us — dismissive, condescending, and openly disrespectful. We were spoken to in a way that made us feel like we didn’t belong there, which is unacceptable in any venue, let alone one that claims to value its customers. Really nice place not just to have a bet but to watch football (on TV) watch live music and enjoy a drink. You can get free and tea and coffee. Not a massive carpark and restrictions on events day. They have 4 different bars do bar food and have a Indian restaurant. Reasonable price especially considering its a casino.
