I didn’t give 5 stars for the atmosphere and food for two reasons. Firstly, the food was very good and well cooked, but there was an issue with the drink. I ordered a Tango, and it tasted like it might have been contaminated with a bit of detergent. This could have come from the dispenser or possibly the ice—I’m not entirely sure. That said, the staff were very kind and immediately offered to replace the drink. I politely declined, and I don’t hold them responsible, which is why I still gave 5 stars for the service. Mel and Yata provided very friendly and professional service. They were polite, efficient, and made the experience much better. Unfortunately, another staff member (Cale) was noticeably slow and seemed unorganised. He repeatedly said “one second” but did not follow up, and instead attended to other tasks, which caused unnecessary delays. I understand that it can be busy, but basic efficiency and time awareness are important. I hope this can be improved.
