I really enjoy visiting Costa at Trinity Square in Gateshead. The atmosphere is always welcoming, and the staff are incredibly friendly and professional. A special mention goes to the blonde barista who is always working tirelessly behind the counter, she’s consistently kind, cheerful, and greets everyone with a genuine smile, even when it’s busy. She makes an absolutely delicious hot matcha with perfectly frothed milk, which keeps me coming back. Great service, great drinks, and a lovely place to relax. Highly recommended! 🥰

I couldn’t believe it was £4.05 for a small flat white. I don’t even pay this much in London. Outrageous price. The staff were sooooooo miserable, no eye contact and very abrupt, absolutely vile (apart from a lovely, blonde lady). Definitely won’t go back, I’ll use the Tesco cafe, cheaper and better atmosphere. There isn’t any hot food either.

This franchise doesn't do breakfast deal as I found out too late! Paid extortionate amount for latte and 2 slices toast. Shame as staff a real credit to place bit I won't be back!

The manager Joey doesn't look like he even wants to be working there,so how can the staff be motivated??No small conversation or even a smile. Having worked in retail and worked my way up to a manager,this one has to be the most unhappier Costa I've ever been to. I now make a longer journey into Newcastle centre where people actually want to serve you.
