be guilty of finding something to complain about sometimes. But not to quick to compliment, so... This is huge compliment for Customer Service, Quality, Quantity & Delivery. Amazing customer service ordered a takeaway and when they didn’t have an item on my order (sold out) I was called to offer a refund or exchange for something else. This delighted me and my partner. ( having issues in the past where food was just not brought with no refund or item was swapped for something we don’t like without asking) The person I spoke with was so lovely and helpful will definitely be ordering again. We have used here for years always fish and chips and it’s always spot on but tonight we got a prawn cocktail scampi & steak onion mushroom and cheese baguette and chips the baguette was best I’ve ever tasted it was packed full and the chips a couldn’t eat as so much filling in baguette as for the scampi that was lovely to same with prawn cocktail don’t usually do reviews but when you get food as good as this at the price we paid it’s only fair to give good review so big thanks to chef and will definitely be trying other stuff on menu thanks cafe zachinos team top notch
