To start with, a super busy and lively place, that's good. The food was like a roller coaster of excitement and disappointment. The produce were very fresh and great quality. I ordered the roast beef sandwich; the taste of the sourdough was excellent, the roast beef was perfectly cooked to the point that it looked like beef carpaccio. The only down thing was that it lacked a touch of something more Dijon, salt or pepper and less arugula. My pear and almond tart was beautiful, but something was missing again!. That extra touch to make food unforgettable. My coffee was a total disappointment,

Whilst walking down Byers Road, looking for somewhere to have Coffee and Cake, we spotted Kember & Jones. We were so pleased to have found it. The coffees and cakes we chose were delicious. All the food that was being served to tables around us looked amazing. There was an excellent choice of cakes/scones/tray bakes on show. The café and takeaway was very busy. The staff were all very friendly, pleasant and polite. Would highly recommend a visit here. Play up pomey ⚽️ 😉

Cozy cafe with a great selection of sweet and savory dishes. They serve breakfast the whole day and lunch from 12:00. I got the banana bread and it was delicious, the portion was a little too big though, I think two people could easily split it :) The only thing I was missing was a matcha latte. Other than that everything was perfect!
