From the moment we stepped in at 3pm on a Tuesday..we were made to feel welcome. Nothing was a bother for the amazing Gemma. Our food was delivered with pride and definitely made with love by the chef Callum...yes so good made a point to get their names. Everything from woo to goo was outstanding...and coming from NZ to see family this is the perfect venue...especially after going to Bread Street in Edinburgh last night...you guys have a lot to learn from Gemma..Callum and their team here. My partner and I visited for the second time in 2 months as the service and food the first time was impeccable. Yesterday we were served by Gemma and Emmy - unreal service. Went here on a Monday night, honestly not expecting much as it gave off a standard pub feeling. Had the ribeye steak which was good, meat quality was ok for the price. Lacked seasoning but there was salt and pepper at the table so that was easily fixed as the steak was cooked perfectly. Let's talk about the real star though - the desserts! We had the chocolate fondant and the brownie. Both were super fudgy and gooey.
