hello!! whilst on a stroll to the post office in grantham, my partner noticed this subway and decided to pick us both up some lunch. not had subway in quite some time so i forgot how pricey it can be! we paid around £17 for 2 sandwiches, 2 drinks and 3 cookies. my partner asked the server for some suggestions for his sandwich but she wasn’t sure of the selection. apparently it wasn’t very busy, the only people coming in were just eat drivers. seemed quite run down on both the inside and outside, could definitely do with a lick of paint. all of our food was nice ☺️

Subway itself is nice I like it, we like it, but the staff at the back of the counter, there was a girl and boy, not friendly at all, girl was bit better, they made us feel as if they were angry that we were there!! Comeon being polite and friendly doesn’t cost you, also we were with kids and bought kids deal no toys and very very limited choice Ask anything straightforward No!!

I am extremely disappointed. The customer service is absolutely dreadful, and the issue comes directly from the owner. The owner is incredibly rude, dismissive, and shows zero respect for customers and employees creating a highly toxic atmosphere.To make matters worse, the food order was completely messed up. Items that were paid for were completely forgotten and left out of the order.

Made a complaint regarding food that made me feel ill. Was basically told I was lying. The food was awful and the bread fell apart because it was so stale. Also the toilets are disgusting. I asked about some goodwill regarding this and the manager hasn't contacted me to follow this up yet.
