Horrible manager,bullied and upset a customer because her dog peed where another dog that had just left had.He insulted her,threw her a mop after she'd apologised and offered to clean it up,then banned her small dog from the place.The previous dog offender's owner got away with it because she was a 'friend'. I'd like to frequent the place because it's convenient for me, but I won't go in there until the manager is sent packing,and I'll warn everyone I know to avoid the place.

My grumble with Cafe Nero is the inconsistent way the drinks are produced. A replacement drink was provided but no better so my wife choice a black coffee. Will go back but only for black coffee.

Caffe Nero used to have the best coffee and service out of the 'chain' coffee shops, however, this now appears to be under serious threat. The service in the Worcester outlet is somewhat slap dash and the coffee seems to be a step down from the usual offering. The accompanying pain au raisin was certainly not fresh either. The decor is also starting to look tired in this particular branch. Not a great experience for a sit down coffee and snack.

Enjoyed a relaxed afternoon here. Good for working or having a cup of tea. The hot chocolate with soya and cappuccino with oat I ordered were served in high quality. The barista was really friendly and professional. Very comfortable spaces and areas. A little bit noisy when it get busy.
