Took my mum and son here for our last lunch of our holiday. The lamb kofta was delicious, mushroom risotto was a huge portion, but could have done with some more seasoning. Our server was friendly and helpful and the place itself was really nice. A good little find.

We ordered two mains, the duck and the pork, and unfortunately it was a complete disappointment. The pork was served with a mango sauce, but all you could taste was the mango, which completely overpowered the dish. The duck came with a salad that was heavily dominated by coriander, to the point where it was all we could taste. Overall, the food was so underwhelming that we couldn’t even finish the meal. Came here with my other half. The food was lovely and the staff were friendly. Quite surprised with the burger as although it was small, it was quite filling. Definitely quality over quantity. The rum old fashioned was a disaster though, very cheaply made while being quite expensive. Recommend coming here, just avoid that cocktail 😅

Lovely atmosphere and staff, very much let down by the food. Sunday roasts should be the bread and butter of a location like this. The beef was very tough, as was the lamb others had. Poor roast potatoes. Seasonal greens with burnt peas. Not once were we asked how the meal was. As it was mothers day I decided not to spoil things and chalk it up to experience.
