There was 1 decaf coffee pod left, meaning 1 of us had to choose something else. There was also no 'gas' for the cream meaning a pup cup was not available either. Now, none of this is the fault of the staff. However, the place was a bit of a mess. Crumbs & food all over the floor (to the absolute delight of my dog who hoovered up everything he could reach). They had also left the marshmallows & chocolate uncovered to wash the covers & there were flies on the mallows. Maybe 2 sets of lids are required?

Popped in today and somehow 2 of the three drinks made were wrong. Ordered a festive hot chocolate which came as a festive latte? Ordered a salted caramel latte with oat and when trying it there was no syrup. The queue was super long so we didnt complain as it was busy. The surprise of the coffee was when I got to the bottom of it a mass pile of caramel sauce sat at the bottom which was really unpleasant. I would say when asking for a salted caramel coffee you 9/10 recieve a coffee with flavouring, never have i been given a coffee with a lump of sauce at the bottom? The only coffee that was ri

Great branch, conveniently located right by multiple arterial routes. Drinks are made nicely + open 24 hours (shop closes earlier, but drive thru stays open).

After the boxing day shoping at Mac Arthur Glenn, this is the best spot to relax and grab some hot drinks, the place is ok, not that busy like other shops around, only thing i can say is the hot chocolate is bit weak needs more push on service like more smile perhaps? I think they are closing after few minutes after we have our drinks. The time is 2:26pm they might be preparing to do pre closing???….
