The place has two floors with several tables. 🫶First you order, then you pick up your trade. Service is fast and very friendly. No reservation required. 🥧We had pie with meat, lamb (regular gravy) and apple pie with ice cream. Portions are big and very tasty. 🧀🧅There is a vegetarian option in the menu (cheese with onions pie). 👦🏻 Kids menu available at a special price. ♿️ Downstairs is accesible for people in wheelchairs. The gravy was thick and dark but lacked flavors. The excessive amount of gravy added to the pie and mash affected the overall appearance and taste of the dish. However the service was friendly and fast. We observed lots of locals coming in for a quick bite. The vibe and energy of this space was special. It deserves a visit just to try this traditional food.

Local go there just for the standard pie, mash and liquor. Tourists can be a bit unsure about what to have. Goddards do sell other pies including a vegetarian one, from looking at them might be made elsewhere. Where as other pie & mash places in London only sell one type of meat pie.
