Went to Nero Cafe on the 31/05/2026. just to grab a cherry iced latte. Two young ladies (staff) were typically unfriendly and absolutely rude. Initially, when approaching the counter to order a drink, not even a hello, gave me a rude glance, and they clearly saw me waiting at the counter and were being neglected for a few minutes, then took my order. This was not the first time I've encountered this experience with the staff.

Went in at lunchtime today and ordered a frappe. There was no one else waiting and 2 members of staff behind the counter, a boy and a girl. The boy was eating whilst making my drink which I only clocked after I left, I was a bit put off but didn’t think much of it. My drink was so messy I had to ask for napkins as it was all leaking down the side. I left as I got the drink for takeaway. As i was sipping my drink a lumpy texture was in my mouth, I spat it onto tissue and it was a piece of bread. Instantly threw the whole drink away. So disgusting and I can only assume it was the boys lunch. Hor

It's one of few coffee shops in the town with outside seating.So I can smoke. Some staff are bestter than others. One is rude and loud And the others are really nice I very much appreciate it.The fact I mentioned I couldn't have a croissant as they were next to the almond croissant and i'm allerged to armonds, on my mind next visit, they have moved them People go to coffee shop for the coffee, but they return for the staff Unfortunately I only go there when certain staff are there or not there

The so called manager and his family and friends are sitting on the sofa by the window all day every day and they are making noise and ruining the atmosphere for everyone. Other customers also like to sit there sometimes. He should know better. Got a good mind to complain to head office.
