I visited this chipper for the 3rd time on Sunday the 21st. It is a top level British seaside essential experience. I visited with 3 friends and we had chips, mushy peas, gherkins, picked onions and bread and it was amazing. My tip is to sit inside for the best experience and to protect yourself from the over familiar seagulls. The staff were great and our meals were delivered really quick. Lovely crunchy chips and great mushy peas. Every time I have visited this place it has been excellent. Recommend!!!!

Good value and honest food. The restaurant is clean and service is just perfect. I ordered small fish and chips with salary. Chips are a bit oily for my liking. The side salad is fresh which is a big plus for me. I’d definitely go back next time visiting Hastings.

The place was very busy but the staff was doing all they could to keep on top of it. They cleaned the tables quickly and seated and saw to us quick. We was a large group but they did everything they could to accommodate us. One of them kept getting the hoover out when people left to keep the cleaning standards. They was all very nice and helpful

Came here today with my partner and little girl at probably around 5ish and we’ve never been here before, the food was absolutely lovely and the waitress was really lovely too and made sure we were comfortable at all times. Very good experience and will definitely be back and recommend :)
