From start to finish, our visit was flawless. The team gave us a warm welcome and kept the atmosphere friendly and relaxed. The food was perfect, pizza with a crispy base and generous toppings, Special mention to both the lovely lady with glasses, who I believe was the manager – and a huge thanks to our waiter, he was a young man with brown hair and glasses. Extremely attentive, polite, and making sure everything was taken care of without us even having to ask. We ate at PizzaExpress, but overall we were very disappointed with the food. We ordered a truffle pizza and a prawn pizza, and the toppings were so minimal that it was difficult to taste anything. The cheese used was also very sparse and lacking in flavour. We also tried the brownie for dessert, which unfortunately tasted very poor. The ice cream served with it was also low quality. We had a work social night out at PizzaExpress for one of their adult pizza-making parties and it was absolutely brilliant! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made the whole experience so much fun from start to finish. We honestly couldn’t stop laughing – it was such a funny and memorable evening.
