I recently visited Frozen Moments and had an amazing experience. The food and desserts were absolutely delicious, with great portion sizes and beautiful presentation. Delivery was late and they changed the time on the app so that it said delivered before it actually was this was annoying anyway since it was Wednesday night so they shouldn't have been that busy. Then we finally get it and they've just dumped custard over everything so everything we ordered is now soggy mush. The cookie was actually inedible and I don't know what sauce they put on it but that was not caramel. I won't be ordering again and I don't reccomend anyone else does either.

We ordered our items and toppings were missing. 1st pic- As you can see, there is no white kinder Bueno, only the original. There is absolutely no ferrero roches and they put white choc sauce on it. The cookie dough also tasted burnt. 2nd pic- White kinder bueno, literally only received a waffle with white chocolate sauce and white choc sprinkles with a small piece of bueno through the middle of the waffle. 3rd pic- No ferrero roches either.
