I just wanted to take a moment to recognise the exceptional service I received. In all my experiences with takeaway outlets, I have rarely come across someone so professional, calm, and composed. Dan handled the situation with absolute clarity and courtesy, and it genuinely stood out. The food was tasty but service was confusing. Not the best location as there are better independent takeaway options that have higher quality food. It is your average KFC. Maybe practical for university students living nearby. Overall, a practical stop if you are in a rush with decent wait times. I would recommend for locals.

Ahmed did a fantastic job and went the extra mile. Food quality was ok, standard KFC experience but the boneless chicken strips were a bit stale. Wings and pieces were okay.

Do not order online from this place. The couriers have to wait until next day to be able to deliver your order. Management needs to fix this as I'm tired of seeing my driver wait to pick up my order. And wasting courier time as well
