This is a fantastic M&S store with a huge range of high-quality products and plenty of choice across every department. The food is always fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile, making every visit a pleasant experience. There's also plenty of parking available, making it easy and convenient to shop. A clean, well-organised store that consistently delivers excellent quality and outstanding customer service. Highly recommended.

Biggest M and S I've ever been too. Bought some food and visited the upper floor cafe with a view of the railway. Very self check out orientated with just one with operator. Cafe all self ordering and no signed way to place over at the counter although I do believe it was possible and quite a few older people walked away. Food was good as always and not as expensive as expected for Bacon sarni, cheese toastie, latte and tea £16. K

Always a nice experience at the White Rose M&S. The layout is brilliant, plenty of space so you aren't bumping into people, and the whole place is kept spotless. The staff are lovely and you can tell they actually care. My little one is a big fan of the cafe, and I have to say the fresh wraps are really nice. Usually get through the tills really quickly too.
