Service was weird. No one even acknowledged or even looked at us when we came in (you have to wait to be seated) despite them coming to the counters and hosting station beside us. Took ages for someone seat us, then the girl who seated us didn't say if we order at the counter or at the table. When I eventually went up to order, again no one at the till even looked at me. I actually nearly sat down because I thought I wasn't meant to order at the til. A bit surreal. Then they served me the wrong scone, but I had cut it before I realised. I was happy to eat it though as I didn't want it to go to

We visited this coffee shop in a nice, affluent area, and overall the place looked good. We waited for a table about 10 minutes ,as it was really busy . We were offered a seat at the kids play area ,as we had 17 months old with us. Unfortunately, the children’s play area was very dirty and not hygienic at all. Toys are extremely dirty ,there was food inside a lego trucks ,which looks like was lying there for a months . For a place that attracts families, this really needs attention. I hope management improves cleanliness because the location has a lot of potential.

First visit and very impressed. Had breakfast with my son and grandson. The small fry was delicious washed down with great coffee. Reasonable price for Holywood Main Street and service with a smile.
