Very good Costa. Food and drinks are all standard but the staff are very friendly, especially Molly, who gave me advice and customised my drink to my liking. Great service. Would have been 5 stars but for the ridiculous policy of closing the outside area a full 1.5 hours before closing just so that they don’t have to clean it around closing time. Many Costas do it, but 1.5 hours before closing is a bit much.

Here pretty much daily. The staff are amazing. Know my order by heart and are always friendly. Always offer new products and happy to chat about what's in them to make sure it's gonna be what you want to get. Beth, Ash and the team are all incredibly friendly and will go out of their way to provide stunning customer service on the daily. Food and drink is always on point, never had an issue with service or standards. My go to coffee spot in Chester!

Overall: Food: Disgusting Honestly, the people who rate this place above a 1 star need their heads examining. It’s no wonder this is a suffering business. They’re behind the curve with their offerings, crappy coffee and even worse food. It’s actually offensive. What I liked: • Friendly check out guy who asked if I wanted ‘red’ or ‘brown’ sauce What I didn’t like: • Terrible processed ‘food’ • Terrible quality • Very expensive • Dirty • Disorganised • No bins so everything piling up on tables • Understaffed Do I recommend going? I visited twice today, I had a hot drink in the morning waiting for my cousin to land, and I went back in at the end of the day whilst waiting for the train and got a cold drink. I was so glad for it! Great location and the staff were so friendly. It was spotless both times, and there were lots of places to sit even though it is quite small. Thank you! ✨️💛
