One the working guys behind the till.i was wanting my points on card he didn't even answer me see about putting them on as he was putting through the till I added them but it beep to say ig took them but when I look it never show on my card.plus I gave him him 17pound it was only 15.pound 50.change all I got was 20pence two ten penceses is he that thick he cang add up.bp... You want change your staff get decent works that don't try to stich up us customers cause it us that pay jour wages.yeah.😡😡😡😡

Why is it that the bp regularly has its shutters down in the morning? I wouldn’t mind but they won’t do any hot drinks through the night pay and I can’t understand why as other BPs do? Oh what a surprise shutters down at 5:13 in the morning on a Monday. Only selling fuel and tobacco. Not good at all

I’ve always thought highly of Marks & Spencer, which made this experience particularly disappointing. I was overcharged for an item, as the price displayed in-store was different from the price I was actually charged, which I only noticed when checking my receipt. I had made sure I was looking at the correct price at the time, so this was frustrating and unexpected. I expect better transparency and accuracy from a brand like M&S. Unfortunately, this has left me highly disappointed.
