⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a fantastic experience at Smoke & Pepper in Hounslow and can honestly say I was impressed from the moment I walked in. The restaurant itself is spacious, modern, and has that fresh, new-restaurant vibe that immediately makes you feel comfortable. The atmosphere was great, and everything looked clean and well presented. The staff were all friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. Tried out Smoke and Pepper recently, it’s on the new side of Hounslow High Street. The place has a nice buzz, and the staff were really friendly and attentive. Service was pretty good overall, though it would help if the team knew a few basic things like whether the burger buns contain egg — instead, I was told to check the “scan me” app myself, which took ages because the signal inside isn’t great. Visited here with a friend today and had a fantastic experience. The food was delicious and every staff member was very friendly providing fantastic service. There was a guy with hair tied back who served us upon entering and when we were seated, who was very polite (unfortunately didn't get his name). Management was very good there, in particular a gentleman called Taz. Very nice and had a customer first attitude so gave a great impression on our first time there. The food was good overall, though it is on the pricier side. I would definitely recommend the Brisket Burger, unfortunately I forgot to take a photo, but it was worth mentioning. The burger was nicely sloppy, which I personally really enjoyed and full of flavour. A solid dining experience if you don’t mind paying a little extra for good quality food.
